Independent advice.
Better infrastructure decisions.
We help organizations assess, compare and procure the world’s leading CDN, DNS, security and cloud services. Our recommendations are vendor-neutral and based on your technical, commercial and operational requirements, whether you buy through us or directly from the provider.
Trusted by 100+ enterprises worldwide
Four outcomes. One independent advisor.
Pay Less.
We benchmark proposals across leading CDN, DNS, security and cloud providers, and aggregate volume across clients to unlock pricing single buyers rarely see, better terms, same performance and support.
Simplify.
Replace fragmented research, multiple sales conversations and disconnected support channels with one independent advisor, one comparison process and one clear recommendation.
Reduce Risk.
We review architecture, SLAs, failover, support commitments and contractual exposure before you sign, so surprises are caught on paper, not in production.
Outperform.
Compare providers by region and workload, then select the combination that improves latency, resilience and end-user experience where it matters most.
Where we advise.
Combine two or more providers into one resilient delivery layer, automatic failover, regional routing and no single point of dependency.

The things clients ask us most, before and after the first assessment.
Why CDN World?
We’ve spent more than 20 years on both sides of the CDN market, inside providers and alongside customers, so we know how these services are priced, sold and supported. That experience, plus genuine independence, is what lets us match you with the right provider and terms with no vendor bias.
What does your advice cost?
The assessment is free, and so is the recommendation. When you buy through us we’re compensated through our provider agreements; if you prefer to buy directly from the provider, the recommendation is yours either way. Our advice doesn’t change based on which route you choose.
Do we have to switch providers?
No, and often you shouldn’t. Many engagements end with us renegotiating your existing contract from a position of market knowledge, or tuning the configuration you already have. Switching is a recommendation we make only when the numbers justify it.
Can you really lower high-volume pricing?
Usually, yes. We benchmark the market continuously and aggregate volume across clients, which gives us access to rates well below one cent per gigabyte across multiple CDNs. And when your current deal is already good, we’ll tell you that too.
Which providers do you cover?
We benchmark across 25+ global infrastructure providers, including Akamai, Fastly, CDNetworks, Cloudflare and AWS CloudFront, and hold direct commercial relationships with several of them. Coverage spans CDN, DNS, security and streaming.
How long does an assessment take?
Days, not months. Share a recent invoice or your requirements and we’ll come back with a first benchmark quickly, a full review of performance, architecture and commercial terms follows at whatever pace your decision needs.
Will changing CDNs disrupt our service?
It shouldn’t, and with proper planning it doesn’t. Migrations run in parallel with your existing setup, traffic shifts gradually, with your old provider standing by until the new one is proven. For critical workloads we often recommend keeping both in a multi-CDN configuration.
What is Multi-CDN, and do we need it?
Multi-CDN combines two or more providers into one delivery layer, with traffic routed to whichever performs best per region, and automatic failover if one has an outage. It’s worth it when downtime is expensive or your audience is genuinely global; we’ll tell you honestly if a single well-chosen provider serves you better.
What is a CDN, and how does it work?
A content delivery network is a global network of servers that keeps copies of your content close to your users. Requests are answered from the nearest edge location instead of your origin, which cuts latency and takes load off your own infrastructure.
What do you need from us to get started?
Ideally a recent CDN invoice, it tells us your traffic profile, current rates and contract shape in one document. No invoice handy? A short description of your traffic, regions and requirements works too. Either way: free, and with no obligation.
